The Americana is a charming 3 bedroom cottage settled in a private wooded area on 8 acres. Anna's Quietside is a 5 minute walk into the heart of Southwest Harbor village and harbor, a 20 minute drive to Bar Harbor, and only 5 minutes drive to Acadia National Park.

Americana has 1 bedroom and full bath on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. It has a living room with a wood stove (we provide wood) and a fully equipped kitchen with a new fridge and oven. There is also a deck.

The deer, ducks and other wildlife on our property prefer that you leave your pets at home. However, pets will be considered if they are well behaved.
